The engine scores every 30-minute slot using a comfort curve that considers each participant's custom work hours, sleep patterns, weekends, holidays, and calendar conflicts. It uses weighted averages prioritizing the organizer's timezone.
Can I set different work hours for each participant?
Yes. Click the gear icon on any clock card to open the dual-range slider. Set start and end times in 30-minute increments. The AI, heatmap, and timeline update instantly.
Does it support fractional-offset timezones like India (+5:30)?
Fully. When a fractional timezone is the base, all other rows display the correct :30 or :45 offset. The histogram heatmap aligns perfectly.
What export options are available?
ICS file (Outlook, Apple Calendar), Google Calendar direct link, formatted clipboard text, and email (Gmail or default mail client). All exports include per-city local times. When multiple meeting options are registered, Copy/Email lists all options with a "pick your preferred" footer.
