Timezone Meeting Scheduler
Compare local times and work hours across regions, review suggestion reasons, and share candidate meeting times for participants to confirm.
Choosing a time in the updated layout
Set the cities and work hours in the regions section, then compare them on the timeline. The grid height follows the number of regions. On desktop, time controls sit below the grid on the left and suggestions on the right. On a phone, they follow in that order vertically. Time controls remain available with just one region.

The left and right arrows above the grid move one day at a time. The arrows beside the large start–end time below it move the whole meeting 15 minutes earlier or later, preserving its length. Crossing midnight changes the date too. You can also type a start time or choose a length from 15 minutes to eight hours.
The time controls are visible before a time is selected. The initial dashed range is a prompt, so no verdict appears yet. Select the timeline or change the date, start or length to see work-hour status and whether calendars have been checked. Expand the regional time and status details for local dates and times. Suggestions do not confirm attendance; agree on the final time with participants.

Four steps to a meeting time
- Regions and work hours — add the participants' cities with Add region, then press a region chip to save that region's real work hours and leave. Set your own city with Use my current location.
- See the overlap — the timeline's Overlap row marks shared work hours as a dark band, with a distinct outline for partial overlap. Weekends, holidays and daylight-saving notices appear on the same screen.
- Read the verdict and suggestions — pick a time and the Selected meeting card names any region outside work hours and why. Suggestions shows the least demanding time and two alternatives, and Compare next 7 days finds the best day.
- Share options — collect up to three options and send them with Copy share link or Copy text. Recipients see the same options without installing anything.
When no time works for everyone
Many combinations, such as Seoul, New York and London, never share work hours within a day. The verdict then shows which region is outside work hours and by how much, which helps you rotate the inconvenient slot, shorten the meeting or move part of the agenda to async. If everyone overlaps at some time within seven days, a button takes you there.
Suggestions are not availability confirmation
Suggestions are rule-based candidates from the work hours, holidays and loaded events you entered, calculated in your browser. The app itself says sleep and unconnected calendars are not included. Work-hour overlap does not confirm attendance, so agree on the final time with participants. For the whole screen, see the When2Overlap guide; to check offsets only, use the world clock converter.
Compare options for your own meeting
